Is there sunscreen in any of the products?
Crepe Erase™ products do not contain a sunscreen ingredient, but we highly recommend that you use a product that contains broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher on a daily basis.
How long before I see results?
Results can vary for each individual. Some users can notice visible results after the first application, while it can take others up to 60 days or longer.
Do these products just “plump up” my skin?

All Crepe Erase™ products have been dermatologist tested. If there are any concerns, we do recommend that you perform a ‘sensitive skin test’ by applying the product on a small patch of skin to see if irritation occurs. It is recommended that you wait at least 24 hours to see if there is any negative reaction. Discontinue use if any irritation or rash occurs.

I have allergies to certain fragrances. Are the products fragrance-free?
Crepe Erase™ treatment products are not fragrance-free and are infused with a light citrus scent.

Crepe Erase™ products are free of phthalates and parabens.
Are Crepe Erase™ products safe to use around my eyes?
Crepe Erase™ Advanced Firming Eye Serum, Refining Facial Scrub and Restorative Facial Treatment can be safely used around the eye area, but direct contact with the eyes should be avoided. If eye contact should occur, flush gently and thoroughly with water.
Can I use Crepe Erase™ even if I’m not sure if I have crepey-looking skin?
Yes—Crepe Erase™ can be effective on all ethnicities and skin types. The Crepe Erase™ system can also be used to help prevent crepey-looking skin.
If I want to return the product, will you really give me a refund?

What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll email you indicating when you can expect to receive the item. If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will also notify you.
